New features of “SKYSEA Client View Ver.21.1”
“M1 Cloud Edition” provides comprehensive support from daily security management to incident investigation!
Flexible setting of USB memory usage restrictions according to operation
You can set the departments, users, and usage methods that are allowed for each device. For example, you can allow only departments that frequently hand over data to customers to write data to specific USB memory sticks. This allows for flexible operation according to the actual work.

Check the operations before and after suspicious logs all at once
You can track and display operation logs for the five minutes before and after a specific operation log. When you find a suspicious log, you can identify the sequence of operations to support further investigation.
Detailed tracking of leak routes of confidential files, etc.
Specify a specific file and check the user who operated it, the operation history, the final save destination, etc. in chronological order. This is useful for investigating the cause and route of information leakage in the event of an information leak.
More accurate collection and registration of asset information that cannot be obtained automatically
The “Survey” function has been enhanced to collect and register asset information that cannot be automatically obtained, such as PC management numbers, by having PC users answer the questions. Detailed formatting can now be set for each survey, such as limiting the numbers and alphabets that can be entered when answering to either full-width or half-width characters. Even when having a large number of users answer, accurate asset information can be collected without inconsistencies in notation, making it easier to search and use the information.

Device user names and other information can now be displayed accurately in foreign languages
