NTT Advanced Technology Corporation plans to begin offering a Software as a Service (SaaS) version of its AI anomaly detection solution “@DeAnoS”*1 in August 2025 as a new delivery format.
“@DeAnoS” is a solution that uses deep learning technology to automatically detect abnormalities and signs of abnormalities in IoT, ICT systems, and equipment with a high degree of accuracy, and supports the improvement of the efficiency of maintenance and operation work and the promotion of DX (digital transformation). By adding a SaaS version to the lineup in addition to the conventional on-premise version, it will be possible to use it more quickly and easily.
1. Benefits of Introducing the SaaS Version of “@DeAnoS”
“@DeAnoS” is based on “DeAnoS®,” an anomaly detection technology developed by NTT Network Service Systems Laboratories, and can learn more than 1,000 diverse monitoring items at once through deep learning. It automatically detects anomalies and signs of anomalies in IoT, ICT systems, and equipment, estimates the causes, and supports maintenance operators in taking early action.

The newly added SaaS version not only allows users to start using the service immediately if they have an internet connection, but also significantly reduces the cost of implementation as no initial setup is required. In addition, customers do not need to perform system updates, so they can always use the latest detection algorithms and functions. Furthermore, experienced data analysts will provide support for detection upon request, so even inexperienced customers can operate the system with peace of mind.
With the addition of the SaaS version, more customers will be able to use “@DeAnoS” as part of their efforts to improve the efficiency of their maintenance and operation work and promote digital transformation, contributing to the optimization of maintenance and operations in a wide range of industries, including telecommunications infrastructure, manufacturing, construction, and services.
2. Provision form
“@DeAnoS” will be offered in two forms: a SaaS version in addition to the existing on-premise version.
3. Future Outlook
NTT-AT is currently developing a “knowledge-driven system operation automation solution”*2 that utilizes generative AI technology to propose and automatically implement countermeasures after detecting signs of anomalies. By linking “@DeAnoS” with the “knowledge-driven system operation automation solution” in the future, we aim to further advance operations and support rapid and accurate judgment and action at maintenance and operation sites.
