RGS Corporation, whose mission is “to create inspiration and happiness through the power of IT,” will officially announce “SecureGo,” a solution that addresses newly emerging information leakage risks from the business use of generating AI, such as employees unintentionally leaking confidential information to external parties by inputting it into generating AI, on August 3, 2026.
In recent years, while the active use of generative AI in business operations has been promoted, corporate data leakage incidents have been on the rise. Currently, 55% of domestic companies use generative AI in their operations, but the problem of “shadow AI,” where employees use generative AI without the company’s knowledge, is also spreading. The risk of employees inputting confidential information or customer data into generative AI and unintentionally leaking it to the outside is increasing outside of corporate control. These risks surrounding AI have also been recognized publicly, and “cyber risks surrounding the use of AI” was selected for the first time in the “Top 10 Information Security Threats 2026,” ranking third.
Furthermore, responding to the security measures evaluation system aimed at strengthening supply chains, commonly known as the “SCS Evaluation System,” has emerged as a management challenge. Following a surge in security incidents, this system, led by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Cabinet Secretariat’s National Cyber Security Office, is scheduled to be implemented around the end of fiscal year 2026. Under this system, companies will be required to make their security measures visible and explain them to their business partners.

“SecureGo” is an information leakage prevention solution based on the concept of “Stopping information leaks without stopping the use of AI,” and consists of two layers: a defense/detection layer and an education layer. When an employee inputs confidential information into the generated AI, it is detected and blocked before it is sent. Furthermore, it provides security learning tailored to each individual’s tendencies, raising employees’ security awareness itself.
