Mitsui & Co. Secure Directions Co., Ltd. will begin offering an “OT Security Assessment Service” from June 2025 for clients who are considering embarking on cybersecurity measures for their factories. In this service, a team led by OT security experts, including GICSP* certified individuals, will conduct on-site inspections at factories.
This service involves using a checklist created based on guidelines from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry to conduct on-site inspections, including reviewing on-site network configuration diagrams, procedure manuals, and other documentation, as well as checking the status of operations and physical security measures at the work site.
This will clarify the current implementation status and issues of OT security measures, and will be useful in creating a roadmap for future OT security measures.
