In the first phase, the two companies will set up a global support team. This team will focus on security inquiries from international locations. The initiative aims to safeguard critical information assets, infrastructure, and international business sites. Services will grow over time to meet different customer needs. This will include better security systems and support in multiple languages.
KDDI stresses that strong cybersecurity is key to driving digital transformation and maximizing AI’s potential. LAC and KDDI, through their joint framework “WAKONX,” will strengthen defenses against complex cyber threats. They aim to boost cybersecurity business growth and support Japan’s digital progress.
