HENNGE Inc. is pleased to announce that HENNGE One, a cloud security service for businesses that reduces security risks when using SaaS and promotes the use of technology, now supports single sign-on integration with Lightblue, the generative AI assistant provided by Lightblue Inc.
In recent years, many companies have been introducing generative AI with the aim of improving productivity and optimizing costs. However, when it comes to establishing it in actual business operations, issues such as “general-purpose AI cannot provide accurate answers specific to one company’s business,” the risk of confidential information leaking, and concerns about data learning have hindered the organizational use of AI.
Lightblue optimizes answers through internal document integration (RAG: Search Augmentation and Generation), which finds necessary information from internal documents and combines it appropriately to provide an answer. It also provides a safe usage environment where input data is not trained, and is becoming increasingly popular as an AI that can be used at the field level.

By linking HENNGE One and Lightblue, HENNGE One users will be able to single sign-on to Lightblue, freeing them from the hassle of managing multiple IDs and passwords. In addition, access control features such as IP restrictions and multi-factor authentication with device certificates prevent the risk of unauthorized access, allowing users to use Lightblue with peace of mind.
HENNGE will continue to increase the number of SaaS services that are integrated with HENNGE One, and will support companies in utilizing IT and transforming their businesses.
