GMO Trust Login, a cloud-based authentication service that centralizes ID management provided by GMO GlobalSign Inc., a consolidated company of GMO Internet Group’s GMO GlobalSign Holdings Inc. that provides electronic authentication services, has begun collaborating via SAML authentication with Office Station, the No. 1 a la carte human resources and labor cloud software provided by F&M Co., Ltd. from Friday, August 29, 2025.
This collaboration will strengthen login security for “Office Station” and significantly reduce the risk of unauthorized access by malicious third parties targeting employee personal information and corporate secrets, as well as information leaks due to internal fraud. This will contribute to improving corporate security and governance.
In recent years, security risks to corporate personnel information and attendance data have been increasing. This data contains important personal information and is prone to hacking and information leak attacks. Traditionally, separate IDs and passwords were required for each system, such as attendance management, payroll, and labor management, and authentication was distributed. This led to password reuse and complicated management, increasing the risk of account hijacking and phishing attacks due to the use of weak passwords.

“Office Station” is an “a la carte” HR/labor cloud service that allows users to freely combine functions such as attendance, payroll, labor, and talent management, and manage them all under a single account. The SAML integration with “GMO Trust Login” frees employees from managing multiple passwords, significantly reducing the risk of information leaks and security incidents. Companies can properly protect personal information such as working hours, payroll, and social insurance, while also improving the trust of employees and customers.
