Cloudbase, Inc. and SB C&S Corporation have concluded a distributor agreement and will begin handling “Cloudbase AI,” an AI security service that supports the detection, masking, blocking, and visualization of usage of personal and confidential information when using generated AI.
While the business use of generative AI and LLMs (Large-Scale Language Models) is expanding, companies face challenges in establishing AI governance, including issues such as employees inputting personal and confidential information, using accounts not authorized by the company, and insufficient monitoring of usage. For companies to safely utilize generative AI, they need a system that visualizes usage without compromising convenience and appropriately manages operations that could lead to information leaks.
Cloudbase AI is an AI security service that provides a common platform for companies to securely use cloud-based LLMs such as ChatGPT and Copilot. By adding an extension to the browser that employees normally use, it can detect and mask or block personal and confidential information contained in prompts when using LLMs. In addition, because it allows for centralized monitoring of employees’ LLM usage, companies can understand how generated AI is being used and promote AI use in accordance with internal rules.

Through this agreement, SB C&S will begin handling “Cloudbase AI” and, together with approximately 15,000 sales partners nationwide, will provide it as a solution to support AI governance and security measures for companies that are advancing the use of generative AI.
The two companies will work together to support businesses in achieving both convenience and security in their use of AI-generated content.
