Suitup has been offering the alpha version since September 2023 and the beta version since April 2024. In addition to the basic functions of tasks, organization, communication, and analysis, the beta version is equipped with features that make it easy to continue daily team task management, such as task templates, deadline notifications, and routine tasks, which are not available in spreadsheet software.
“GVA Corporate Registration” is a service that automatically creates registration application documents and attached documents in as little as seven minutes by entering the necessary information for registration applications, such as head office relocation and changes in officers. The system automatically reflects the information of the company applying for registration, allowing you to create accurate documents with minimal input. It supports 29 types of registration for 4 corporations.
The registration application is completed by stamping the completed document, affixing a revenue stamp (registration license tax), and mailing it to the Legal Affairs Bureau. There are also a variety of optional services available to reduce the hassle of the application process, such as the “Leave it to us” plan, “Easy Mailing Pack,” and “Registry Certificate Option,” and you can also purchase revenue stamps, which can be a hassle to purchase, as part of a set.
We have recently added a new feature to SuitUp’s task template function that allows users to set tasks in the “GVA Corporate Registration” menu by entering keywords such as “GVA Corporate Registration,” “Legal Affairs,” or “Registration” in the main fields.
You can move to GVA Corporate Registration from the official mark of the task setting, so you can easily set up the task and use GVA Corporate Registration within Suit Up. In addition, if you use the coupon displayed within Suit Up, the price of GVA Corporate Registration will be cheaper, and you will be able to proceed with company registration.
This will allow any SuitUp user to easily manage tasks and register a GVA company.
By improving our task templates, we aim to create task templates that will become the industry standard for each department and industry, thereby contributing to improving labor productivity at small and medium-sized enterprises and startups.
