SmartHR Co., Ltd. has begun collaborating with Human Technologies Co., Ltd. on the ID management function of its cloud-based human resources and labor management software, SmartHR.
While the use of SaaS is spreading with the promotion of digital transformation, many companies still have their IT departments manually manage accounts. This cumbersome work, which occurs every time an employee joins or leaves the company or is transferred, places a heavy burden on the person in charge and also poses a security risk that can lead directly to information leaks, such as forgetting to delete the accounts of employees who have left the company.
This collaboration will enable account management for “KING OF TIME Attendance Management” using SmartHR’s “ID management function.” Based on employee entry/exit and transfer information on “SmartHR,” account information for “KING OF TIME Attendance Management” can be viewed in a list. Account inventory and issuance/suspension tasks, which were previously done manually, can now be performed without any omissions on “SmartHR.”

This prevents oversights in account management and the deletion of accounts of former employees, and also contributes to cost reduction by quickly deleting unnecessary accounts. Information systems departments are freed from cumbersome confirmation and input work, allowing them to focus on more strategic work.
