Skycom Inc. has implemented a minor version upgrade for its cloud-based electronic contract service “SkySign®” that improves the operability of contract processing and adds a new notification function.
“SkySign®” is a service that enables highly reliable party-type electronic signatures that meet the requirements of Articles 2 and 3 of the Electronic Signature Act.
Smooth contract processing with pre-configured input flow
With this upgrade, when creating a contract template, you can now pre-set the input flow (input order) for the date, signature, and seal fields.
By calling up the template and specifying the recipients for each contract in order, the procedure will proceed according to the input flow you have set. After the procedure begins, each recipient will be notified in turn, and once input (including signature and seal) is complete, it will be handed over to the next recipient.
This not only reduces the hassle of having to set the input order each time you sign a contract, but also helps prevent missed or incorrect settings.
In addition, in the date field, you can now select the date from a calendar when entering data, and a function has been added that automatically reflects the date and time of entry, preventing input errors and improving work efficiency.

Notification function for more efficient document distribution and communication
The newly added notification function allows you to specify an electronic file and notify recipients via email or SMS. Recipients can download the file from SkySign® by clicking the URL in the notification.
This function can be used for a wide range of purposes, not just contract work, such as various guide documents and document notifications, and contributes to reducing work time and costs by digitizing notification work that would otherwise be sent by mail or on paper.
