Sakurao Brewery and Distillery has rolled out the Data Unified Cloud with support from Otsuka Shokai and Srush, kicking off the deployment in August 2025. The goal is simple. Bring the entire company onto a single data backbone and stop depending on Excel extractions from the core system for performance tracking.
For a century old spirits maker aiming for the next phase of growth, the old setup had clear limits. Data lived across multiple systems, analysis stayed stuck at high level slices and it never drilled down to the point where sales reps or regional teams could act on it. Quick decisions were tough and finding people who could build a proper data foundation was another bottleneck.
The unified data cloud is meant to fix that gap. It gives Sakurao a single place to integrate and analyze everything from management level metrics to field level performance. The first milestone is straightforward. Visualize overall and product level sales in a way the entire org can use.

From here the company plans to build out a full data warehouse centered on the unified cloud and connect all systems into it. The aim is to turn that consolidated stack into real gains in revenue and profit.
Data Unified Cloud itself bundles extraction, processing, sharing and distribution in one tool and does it without code. Srush AI adds the ability to analyze data quickly in a few clicks, making the whole thing usable even for teams without technical depth.
