Ryobi Systems Co., Ltd. announced on the 16th that it will be expanding the functionality of “Bridge over for kintone”, a plugin that can be used to connect with business applications created on Cybozu’s business application development cloud, “kintone.” This time, nine new functions have been implemented and will be offered as “Bok+.” “Bok+” is a plugin set that retains the existing functions of “Bok,” such as report output, data backup, and sanitization, while adding nine additional functions that make kintone even more convenient to use.
The list of new functions is as follows:・Aggregation function: Aggregates numeric field values and displays them on the list screen ・Numbering function: Able to assign unique numbers to data using custom rules ・Search function: Ability to place multiple search boxes for app fields on the record list screen ・Japanese calendar conversion: Ability to convert between the Japanese and Western calendars ・Tab function: Ability to aggregate specified fields into tabs ・Box function: Ability to create multiple spaces within a kintone record, each displaying a different box screen ・Calendar: Display record information in calendar format ・Conditional branching: Ability to restrict field input and display based on conditions, which is not possible with field access rights ・Hierarchical dropdown: Ability to create dropdowns with dynamically changing options, which is not possible with standard dropdowns Like the existing “Bok,” “Bok+” can also be used by government agencies.

Even in environments connected to the local government’s comprehensive administrative network (LGWAN), kintone can be used through the cloud gateway service “R-Cloud Proxy for kintone” provided by Ryobi Systems.
