Otsuka Shokai announced that it will start offering a new service called Tayoreru AvePoint Online Services from February 3, 2026. This is an original solution built by combining cloud-based backup and management tools from AvePoint Japan with Otsuka Shokai’s own Tayoreru support framework. The service is aimed at companies using Microsoft 365 and looking for a more realistic and manageable way to protect their data and day to day operations.
Microsoft 365 has become a core system for many businesses, not just for email or documents but for overall collaboration and workflow. As usage expands, the risks also grow. Companies are dealing with cyberattacks, data being deleted by mistake, and configuration errors that happen easily in cloud environments. On top of that, IT teams are under constant pressure as cloud operations become more complex and harder to oversee. Tayoreru AvePoint Online Services is positioned as a way to address these issues while taking some of the load off internal IT staff.

The service includes key AvePoint tools such as Cloud Backup for Microsoft 365, Complete Data Protection for Microsoft Cloud, and Cloud Management. It is offered as a monthly subscription starting at 320 yen per ID, with the same number of licenses required as Microsoft 365. After the initial setup, customers can manage licenses and access original manuals through a dedicated Customer My Page portal. License renewals are handled automatically, removing manual renewal work. Otsuka Shokai plans to secure 70 customer companies within the first year of launch.
