NTT DATA Business Brains Corporation, which provides optimal solutions utilizing IT technology, has announced a new expense management cloud service called “Slopebase,” which integrates and manages internal business data in a cloud-based web database to maximize business efficiency. The service will begin offering on October 7, 2025.
In recent years, while digitalization has progressed in many companies, many have found themselves faced with a proliferation of packaged software, individually developed systems, cloud services, etc. In such a situation, systems become fragmented, causing various problems.
Dispersion of information makes it difficult to grasp the situation, and manual compilation and confirmation can lead to time-consuming work, mistakes, and omissions, ultimately delaying management decisions.

In a survey conducted by NTT Data Business Brains among corporate accounting personnel, the number one task that people feel is wasteful in their business processes was “duplicate registration of data in multiple systems.”
Against this backdrop, the expense management cloud service “Slopebase” was developed as a service that can be easily implemented by companies of all sizes, from small and medium-sized enterprises to large corporations, without having to replace existing systems, and that can be flexibly adapted even after implementation.
