Mitsui Knowledge Industry Co., Ltd. announced on the 23rd that it has signed a contract with Fleet LLC to provide support for the implementation and use of the AI real-time translation solution “Wordly” as a new addition to its communication platform “MEDACA.” Wordly is a cloud service that provides simultaneous interpretation in over 60 languages. It works with web browsers or web conferencing systems such as Zoom and Cisco Webex , translating the speaker’s language into the desired language. Mitsui Knowledge Industry has now signed a contract with Fleet, which has expertise in streaming technology, to provide comprehensive support, from Wordly implementation to equipment connection design and verification, rehearsal attendance, and on-site operation. During product implementation, the company will provide lectures on basic functions and usage scenarios to support Wordly’s use.
In addition, during the event preparation phase, the company will provide comprehensive technical support for the design and operation of audio and video equipment at multilingual event sites, supporting stable simultaneous interpretation. Specifically, the service supports connection support for physical devices such as microphones and audio interfaces, enabling optimization to meet both on-site and online requirements. It is also possible to provide support for technical operations and troubleshooting on the day of the event. The company will support technical operations on the day and temporary recovery in the event of a problem, in line with the schedule and language switching.

Mitsui Knowledge Industry envisions use cases such as multilingual support for important internal meetings such as general meetings, management meetings, and global town halls; multilingual support for visitors at product launches, technical conferences, and exhibitions; and hybrid operations such as webinars and training sessions for customers and partners with overseas bases.
