MIRARTH Holdings operates a business centered on housing and urban development, guided by its purpose of “bringing happiness to the future of people and the planet through the power of sustainable environmental design.” Going beyond the scope of a comprehensive real estate developer, the company has aspired to evolve into a “future environmental design company,” while developing the “LEBEN” brand, centered on its condominium business. Building on the development and planning capabilities it has cultivated through its condominium business, the company is expanding its business domain beyond real estate development, sales, rental, and management to include renewable energy, hotels, and construction. In addition to providing housing, the company is also working to create value that includes improving quality of life, engaging with local communities, and being environmentally conscious.
MIRARTH Holdings had been using the on-premise version of AssetView to manage its IT assets for around 16 years since 2009. However, with the server maintenance deadline approaching, the company found it necessary to reconsider its IT infrastructure. In light of the sustainability management and ESG initiatives outlined in its medium-term management plan, the company was considering migrating to the cloud in order to reduce the power consumption and equipment load of server ownership and to achieve operations that would lead to a reduced environmental impact.

In addition to AssetView’s long-standing operational track record, the company was highly praised for its smooth data migration from the on-premise version, the ability to start operations quickly after migration, and the fact that there was no need to reinstall client modules, which led to the decision to implement AssetView Cloud +.
AssetView Cloud + is a people-centric cloud service that centrally manages and operates IT assets (hardware, software, licenses, etc.) owned by companies and organizations. It efficiently distributes applications and files to managed devices, both inside and outside the company, and configures device environments. It also ensures reliable operations by determining success not just by whether distribution or execution took place, but also by whether the application was installed correctly and the settings were set to the required state. Furthermore, tasks can be created intuitively using a GUI (Graphical User Interface), reducing the burden of distribution work and making it less dependent on the skills of the administrator.
Furthermore, it is possible to detect and block unauthorized connections to the company network from unmanaged devices. Operations can be expanded simply by enabling the function from the management PC, and existing company devices are used as sensor PCs, so there is no need to link with other products or incur additional costs. This reduces operational burden and costs, promotes the greening of IT infrastructure, and realizes the creation of an operational system that is conscious of sustainability.
