J-Stream Corporation has launched a new edition, “Portal Edition,” specializing in the construction of authentication-type portal sites for its video sharing and distribution platform “J-Stream Equipmedia,” which has a cumulative total of over 4,500 accounts.
This edition also integrates with the AI video generation cloud service “EQ Presentation Cloud (hereinafter referred to as Presentation Cloud),” enabling simple and speedy publication of secure video and document content for limited audiences, such as for internal information sharing and training, as well as visualization of its usage.
Background of the new Portal Edition
Up until now, EQ has met diverse corporate needs as a video sharing and distribution platform with advanced management functions. However, in recent years, there has been a growing demand for solutions that can be implemented on a smaller scale for information sharing, training, and video utilization at the departmental or branch level, as well as for use with business partners. Furthermore, advancements in AI-generated video have lowered the barrier to video production, making video utilization both inside and outside the company more accessible. As a result, a new challenge is emerging: “How to securely share content after production and track its usage.”

Based on these considerations, we have decided to restrict video distribution and live streaming outside of the video portal site, and to offer a new Portal Edition specifically designed for use with the video portal, at a price point suitable for small-scale deployments.
