HCLTech is expanding its collaboration with Google Cloud. The goal is simple. Push agent-based AI deeper into real business use, not just experiments.
This move builds on Gemini Enterprise and Gemini models. HCLTech will use them to create custom AI agents for enterprise clients. These agents will plug into existing systems, workflows, and decision layers. At the same time, Google Workspace will handle collaboration and security to keep things controlled at scale.
Here is where it gets practical. HCLTech is not starting from scratch. Many of its AI agents are already live on the Google Cloud Marketplace. Now it is formalizing a structured program to scale adoption faster and more consistently across industries. This also ties into over 2,000 ongoing generative AI engagements the company is already handling.

The focus areas are clear and execution-heavy. Its AI Force platform will integrate with Gemini models and Gemini Code Assist to reshape software development and IT operations. It will also support migrations to Google Cloud, including Oracle, SAP, and VMware environments with built-in security transformation.
On the industry side, HCLTech is expanding its agent-based Center of Excellence. Existing solutions like Insight for manufacturing and Netsight for telecom will evolve into more specialized agent-driven systems.
The company is also setting up physical AI hubs called Gemini Experience Zones across key global locations. Accomplishing this is circumstantial to accomplishing the goal of 20+ products installed in rather circumscribed needs.
Net takeaway. It is not just about showcasing AI; it is about the scale, where it is practically operational.
