GMO Internet, Inc., a member of the GMO Internet Group, has launched its high-performance GPU cloud service, “GMO GPU Cloud,” built with NVIDIA technology. The cloud service uses the “NVIDIA HGX B300 AI Infrastructure ” equipped with the “NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra GPU”, making it one of the fastest cloud services in Japan.
The bare metal configuration, which occupies a single server, draws out the performance of the HGX B300 AI infrastructure, which is optimized for AI inference models, and provides a high-performance environment ideal for cutting-edge AI workloads, such as high-speed inference of large-scale language models and agent-based AI development, from within Japan. GMO Internet will deploy this as a new computing infrastructure that supports not only research and development in the age of AI and robotics, but also their utilization.

In recent years, the development of proprietary large-scale language models (LLMs) by companies and the rapid evolution of AI and robotics in industrial fields have led to a growing demand for large-scale computing resources that enable advanced computational processing. To meet demands for larger AI models, real-time inference, and support for diverse generation formats, updating cloud infrastructure as a constantly evolving “dynamic technology platform” is key to technological innovation.
