Dell Technologies Inc. has launched new services, “Microsoft 365 Copilot Advisory Services” and “Workforce Persona Assessment Services for Microsoft 365 & Copilot,” which further improve work productivity by utilizing the latest PCs and Copilot.
Dell Technologies offers a variety of consulting services to support customer transformation, including the use of AI/generative AI, multi-cloud, data utilization, security and resiliency measures, and work style reform, and these services are adopted by many Japanese customers.

The new service being offered is for Microsoft 365 Copilot, which is seeing particularly high demand. As AI PCs such as Copilot+ PC have become more popular since last spring, we have received many requests from customers who want to make the most of Microsoft 365 Copilot in conjunction with these products, and so we have decided to expand our services.
