C-RISE Inc. is pleased to announce that it has obtained ISO/IEC 27701 certification, the international standard for Privacy Information Management Systems (PIMS), on December 9, 2025.
As a company that provides “Cloud BOT,” a cloud-based RPA service (SaaS), we believe that it is our important responsibility to properly manage and protect our customers’ information assets and personally identifiable information (PII) while supporting business automation.
To date, we have obtained certification for ISO/IEC 27001 , the international standard for information security management, and ISO/IEC 27017 , which defines information security management measures for cloud services , and have worked to strengthen our management systems for information security and cloud services.

In recent years, as social demands and legal regulations regarding the protection of personal information have become increasingly stringent internationally, we have been working to further develop these efforts and to establish an internationally accepted management system from the perspective of privacy protection by developing and operating a Privacy Information Management System (PIMS) that complies with ISO/IEC 27701 .
With this certification, our company has been officially recognized by a third-party auditing organization as having systematically and continuously managed and handled personal information in accordance with international standards, in a manner that is integrated with information security and cloud service management.
