TeamViewer just rolled out a new partnership with NSW Corporation, and the move is basically their way of doubling down on Japan while widening their channel reach. NSW is one of those long-standing system integrators in the country that already plays well with major global tech vendors, so the fit feels pretty natural.
The idea is simple. NSW brings its network and on-ground credibility. TeamViewer brings its know-how in remote connectivity and AR driven workflows. Put them together and you get a stronger enterprise play in a market where digital workplace tools are getting more central by the day.
One of the big pieces here is the plan to tie NSW’s IoT platform Toami with TeamViewer Tensor. That combo is being aimed straight at after-sales service support for Japanese companies. On top of that, NSW will fold in the full TeamViewer lineup including Remote, Tensor, Frontline and DEX into its broader infrastructure offerings.

The customer promise is very clear. When these tools operate together, corporations are able to solve problems in customer locations without losing time for unproductive trips. Downtime is reduced, operations are made more fluid, and a more effective support loop is created.
