Ship&co, a company that provides shipping label issuance systems and shipping management solutions for e-commerce sellers, has entered into a strategic partnership with Celigo, an enterprise integration and automation platform.
Ship&co is a cloud-based (SaaS) shipping label issuing system that originated as an internal tool developed to improve the operational efficiency of Bento&co, an online shop run by CEO Bertrand Thomas. Since its launch in 2018, it has promoted the automation of e-commerce logistics by collaborating with major e-commerce platforms in Japan and overseas, such as Shopify, eBay, Amazon, WooCommerce, Yahoo! Shopping, and BASE, and by providing API connections with shipping companies such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, Japan Post, Yamato Transport, and Sagawa Express.
Through this partnership, Ship&co’s API and Celigo‘s automation functions have been integrated, enabling smooth integration with NetSuite. This eliminates the need for manual data entry and spreadsheet management, and enables API-based logistics management. In addition, e-commerce businesses can seamlessly integrate carrier selection, shipping label issuance, and shipment management to optimize their logistics operations.
Optimizing order and shipping management is essential, especially for companies that ship large volumes, and there is a growing demand for integrated solutions that enable e-commerce automation. This partnership is an important step for Ship&co to accelerate the digital transformation (DX) of e-commerce logistics in Japan. The Japanese market is seeing increased adoption of cloud-based shipping management and e-commerce automation tools, and further development is expected in the future.
