The Plant KK has launched “QORTEX,” an AI-native composable commerce platform for enterprise companies. QORTEX connects customer IDs, product information, content, campaigns, loyalty, orders, and workflows into a single operational platform, helping to reduce the workload and improve the execution speed for companies conducting commerce in Japan and Japanese companies expanding overseas.
Background of Development
In many enterprise companies, the functions necessary for commerce operations are scattered across multiple systems and vendors. Because customer information, product information, content, campaigns, loyalty, order management, and marketing automation are managed separately, data output and processing, cross-departmental verification, and approval processes are time-consuming, resulting in significant delays before customer-facing initiatives can be implemented.
For Japanese companies expanding overseas, this challenge becomes even more complex. Systems built for the domestic market may not be easily adaptable to overseas markets. On the other hand, building a new operational infrastructure to conform to global standards necessitates separate management of domestic and overseas operations, placing a heavy burden on staff.

While existing global platforms offer high scalability and system configurations, they may require adjustments to suit Japanese business practices and specific operational requirements. Domestic vendors, while understanding the Japanese market, may face challenges in meeting the international expansion and global standards demanded by growing companies. QORTEX was developed to address both these Japanese operational requirements and the need for overseas expansion.
