Cooperation for product development and strengthening technological capabilities
Under this partnership, GigWorks CrossIT will promote product development, customization, and feature enhancements by having Kaopiz establish and operate a dedicated engineering team to handle product development. In addition, they will also work on developing new features, optimizing the system, and providing long-term operational support.
Furthermore, Kaopiz will participate in new projects from the initial stages, providing system architecture consulting, technical solution proposals, and technical support during the pre-implementation phase, thereby optimizing system design, improving implementation efficiency, and ensuring product scalability.
Expanding collaboration in the technology ecosystem
Going forward, our strategic partnership with Kaopiz will gradually expand to multiple sectors within the technology ecosystem and to new technological areas. Gigworks Cross IT will consider Kaopiz as a preferred partner for software development and technology solutions needs within the group and related businesses.
Meanwhile, Kaopiz promises to maintain sufficient technical capabilities and personnel to provide prompt technical consulting, quotation responses, and project execution. Furthermore, both companies have agreed to ensure information security, a highly transparent partnership, and strict compliance with the laws and regulations of both Japan and Vietnam through their collaboration.
