Fenrir Inc., a design and technology company, has added a new feature called “Workflow” to its headless CMS “NILTO” from Wednesday, May 28, 2025, which will streamline content management within teams.
Workflow function overview
“Workflow” is a function that allows you to proceed through the process from content creation to publishing/hiding according to pre-set steps.
This allows you to efficiently divide up work within a team and operate approval flows.
The benefits of implementing this feature are as follows:
Preventing missed responses
Since work is done following predetermined steps, it is clear who should do what next, preventing tasks from slipping through the cracks.

Reduce communication hassle
When a user approves a workflow, the person in charge is automatically notified, eliminating the need to contact them at each step and allowing them to initiate the next action immediately.
Clarification of work progress and responsibilities
The work process is visualized and who approved what and when is recorded, making progress and responsibility clear.
Advantages of the NILTO Workflow
NILTO‘s workflow function is integrated with the CMS. The approval flow is completed within the CMS alone, which provides the following advantages:
Share workflows across multiple websites
Multiple websites with a common design can share the same workflow, so you don’t need to configure each one individually.
Workflow and content publishing control are linked
You can control whether to publish or unpublish content that has not completed its workflow, reducing the risk of accidentally publishing content that has not gone through the approval process.
View your workflows on one screen
Aggregate all workflows across multiple organizations and websites into a single screen, allowing users to quickly access the content included in their workflows without having to navigate through multiple dashboards.
