Cyber Solutions Inc. announced on the 20th that it has started offering the cloud-based groupware “SecureBoard”. It is said to be equipped with all the necessary functions while being optimized for Japanese companies that place importance on information security, and the price starts from 300 yen per user per month.
SecureBoard is a groupware equipped with various functions such as detailed access authority management, SAML2.0 authentication, full-text document search, and questionnaires (form maker) in addition to basic functions such as schedule management, task management, facility management/reservation, and bulletin boards. It provides a portal that can display applications such as schedules, file management, bulletin boards, and workflows in portlet format (small windows), and you can easily set the windows and information to be displayed by the whole, department, individual, or any project.
By using this as the start page of the groupware, end users can smoothly access the information and applications they need. In addition to managing their own schedule, various functions linked to schedule management are available, such as displaying for any user group, reserving facilities linked to schedules, and task management. For example, when reserving equipment, users can search for a person’s free schedule and facility information that can be reserved at that time simultaneously across people, groups, departments, etc., and can complete the reservation right away. In addition, a full-text search function that crosses functions is provided as standard, and it is possible to search for keywords using information set in each function (title, text, attachment contents, etc.), and to search files such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and PDF.

The contents of various files can also be searched, helping users quickly access the information they need. The search results reflect the user’s access rights, and only information that the user has permission to view is displayed. In terms of security, the system provides detailed access permission settings on a document-by-document basis, as well as log management of changes and usage history, which is said to create a safe work environment.
