Arkcore Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce that it will continue its business partnership with AlphaSard Co., Ltd.
This matter concerns the integration of Protonotes Co., Ltd., which had a business partnership with AlphaSard, through an absorption merger with Arkcore as the surviving company, effective April 1, 2026. As a result, Arkcore will assume the previous contractual relationships and collaborative structure.
Asahi Interactive Co., Ltd. entered into a business alliance with Protonotes in April 2023 regarding system development and operation in its web development outsourcing business.

Subsequently, this business was integrated into AlphaSard on October 1, 2025, and the contractual status, rights, and obligations related to this business alliance were transferred to AlphaSard.
With Protonotes being absorbed and merged into Arkcore, Protonotes’ contractual position, rights, and obligations will be transferred to Arkcore, and the business partnership between Arkcore and AlphaSard will continue.
