APAMAN Co., Ltd. and ITANDI Co., Ltd. have entered into a business partnership aimed at expanding digital tools across more than 1,000 Apaman Shop franchise stores nationwide. Starting May 2026, franchise stores will be able to use Itandi’s rental brokerage support platform, ‘ITANDI Rental Brokerage,’ at special pricing.
The partnership follows Apaman Leasing’s earlier rollout of the platform across its directly managed stores in 2025. According to the companies, the system helped streamline brokerage operations from customer inquiries and follow-ups to property viewings and rental applications.
A lot of real estate agencies are still buried under manual coordination work, especially during the early stages of customer handling. That includes responding to inquiries, managing tenant information, tracking communication, and checking property availability across multiple systems. The whole process becomes even messier when staff shortages are added into the mix.

ITANDI Rental Brokerage is basically trying to centralize that workflow. The platform includes CRM and sales management tools, automatic property recommendation emails, LINE and chat communication functions, and tenant self-registration forms linked through QR codes. It also automates vacancy checks, viewing reservations, and initial cost calculations tied to property portal inquiries.
The bigger shift here is pretty clear. Real estate companies are slowly moving away from fragmented manual brokerage operations and pushing harder toward platform-based transaction management where customer communication, property data, and application workflows all sit in one system instead of being spread across disconnected tools.
