StartPass Inc., which provides an ecosystem platform for startups, has entered into a business partnership with Freee Inc. for startup companies aiming for an IPO.

has supported the back offices of rapidly growing startups as an integrated cloud ERP for accounting, human resources, labor, expenditure management, sales management, etc., based on the concept of an integrated platform. Meanwhile, StartPass has provided an ecosystem platform to over 1,000 startups to date, and is a unique Japanese platform that is particularly popular with founders who are raising funds from VCs and aiming for an IPO.
Through this business alliance, not only will the “freee Accounting Starter Plan” be offered under special terms exclusively to StartPass contracted users , but StartPass will also provide support for the introduction of freee, support for use in management meetings, reporting for shareholders, and support for using freee in collaboration with a CFO with IPO experience, such as a Q&A on using freee, provision of unique freee knowledge content, and regular usage reviews, promoting use of the service from founders’ bookkeeping to on-site management use.

This will make it possible to design and implement a sustainable back-office system that corresponds to the growth stage of a company, which takes an average of eight years from founding to IPO (according to Speeda).
