PrivacyTech Inc., which is developing “PrivacyTech GRoW-VA,” an AI agent that automates internal audits for companies’ AI development and implementation, has raised a total of 74 million yen through the issuance of J-KISS-type stock acquisition rights from Delight Ventures and LAUNCHPAD FUND II Investment Limited Partnership.
As AI development and implementation in companies progresses rapidly, there is a need to accurately and quickly audit aspects such as compliance, transparency, and choice in AI development and implementation and data utilization at multiple stages, from the planning and concept stage to development, before and after product release. However, there is no effective system for building and managing audit work, and it is extremely difficult to secure specialized human resources, which is an obstacle to promoting the use of AI in Japanese society as a whole. In order to solve these social problems, we are developing “PrivacyTech GRoW-VA”, an AI agent that supports agile audits of AI and data utilization.
“PrivacyTech GRoW-VA” uses AI agents with specialized knowledge to quickly and accurately support companies in considering risks (AI governance, privacy perspectives, etc.) and countermeasures when developing and introducing AI and utilizing personal data.
