Appirits Co., Ltd. has partnered with Tapes Co., Ltd. to launch a dashboard that provides cross-platform visualization of sales data for businesses operating on multiple e-commerce marketplaces.
Background of Joint Service Development
Up until now, as an SIer (Systems Integrator), Appirits has supported the growth of many e-commerce businesses through the development of e-commerce sites, system construction, and marketing support.
In recent years, e-commerce businesses have been accelerating their efforts to expand their sales channels to multiple e-commerce marketplaces in addition to their own e-commerce sites. However, because each e-commerce marketplace has a different management screen and data format, sales and order data is scattered across various platforms, and the time (cost) required for cross-platform aggregation, understanding, and analysis has become a significant challenge.

Furthermore, in many cases, the collection and processing of this data is done manually, and the amount of time required for reporting tasks is so high that companies are unable to secure enough time to consider and implement marketing strategies that they should be focusing on.
At Appirits, we have been providing data linkage and aggregation systems developed on a case-by-case basis to address these challenges. However, because the specifications differ for each e-commerce platform, the development and operation burden is high, making it difficult to provide a quick and general-purpose solution.
Against this backdrop, by partnering with Tapes, which has strengths in data collection and integration for multiple e-commerce marketplaces, we have built a system that can provide integrated services from data collection and preparation to visualization and utilization, enabling more efficient and practical data utilization support.
