AIcrest Co., Ltd. supported APAMAN Co., Ltd. in developing a performance dashboard utilizing BI tools, with the aim of streamlining performance management operations and enhancing sales activities.
APAMAN Co., Ltd. is a leading company in the real estate rental sector, operating a nationwide franchise business for real estate rental brokerage. Numerous branches and sales representatives conduct sales activities tailored to the specific needs of each region and customer.
Previously, some of APAMAN Corporation’s businesses managed performance using Excel. However, with business expansion, sales representatives faced challenges such as increased workload due to data aggregation and the personalization of sales activities. Furthermore, management experienced delays in receiving reports, making it difficult to grasp the latest performance status in a timely manner.

In this project, we developed a BI dashboard that allows users, from management to sales representatives, to access the information they need according to their role. The dashboard, consisting of approximately 20 screens, visualizes performance data from multiple perspectives, including by sales representative, region, and customer.
Furthermore, by utilizing the advanced functions of BI, we were able to not only grasp overall trends but also examine specific details. This makes it easier to identify changes in performance and the causes of problems early on, and to translate these into concrete improvement actions.
The introduction of the BI dashboard has reduced the burden of manual data aggregation and reporting, making it easier for management to make decisions based on the latest data. Sales representatives can also reduce the time spent on creating documents and verifying figures, allowing them to focus on customer service.
Furthermore, the ability to quantitatively understand contract status has made it easier to identify problems early and implement improvement measures, thus creating a foundation to reduce reliance on individual sales personnel.
