WellSkate Co., Ltd. has added a Meeting Participant Agent to its enterprise AI platform, WellSkate AI, allowing AI agents to join online meetings and handle work that follows the discussion.
The agent can record meetings, create searchable transcripts and prepare minutes in formats used by each organization. It can also produce summaries in different languages, track decisions and action items, support follow-ups, and help find dates for the next meeting when calendar access is enabled.
The feature is designed to work across internal meetings as well as meetings hosted by customers, partners and vendors, depending on platform permissions and authentication requirements. It also connects meeting content with company knowledge and existing workflows.

The move points to a wider shift from AI tools that simply document meetings toward agents that can carry meeting decisions into the work that comes next.
