Ugo has been working with the Hankyu Hanshin Holdings Group to introduce security and guidance robot solutions, repeatedly customizing them to suit on-site operations. As a result, it has led to labor savings and cost reductions in building security operations, and increased efficiency in guidance operations in commercial facilities. With the advancement of physical AI technology, which enables AI to make autonomous decisions and act in the real world, the robotics market is expanding. We believe it is necessary to further accelerate the use of robots both within and outside the group in order to solve social issues such as labor shortages and productivity improvements, which led to this collaboration.
