Transcosmos Inc. has signed a strategic partnership with KT Corporation, a top telecom provider in South Korea. The agreement, called Strategic Partnership to Lead AI Transformation in the BPO Market, was signed on April 22, 2025. The ceremony took place at the headquarters of transcosmos’s South Korean subsidiary.
This partnership focuses on TCK AICC+, which stands for transcosmos Korea AI Contact Center. It’s an integrated platform. It merges transcosmos’s IT infrastructure and applications with KT’s AI Contact Center services. These AI solutions are co-developed with Microsoft. The platform is built on trans-Cloud, transcosmos’s proprietary cloud system.
Transcosmos and KT work together to help BPO businesses shift to AI-powered operations. This partnership makes it easier and quicker for them to adopt advanced technologies.

To make TCK AICC+ successful and enter the market quickly, the partnership will target four main areas:
