Tokio Marine Dr. Co., Ltd. and Co., Ltd. will enter into a strategic business alliance from July 2025 with the aim of supporting the promotion of AI utilization by Japanese companies.
Through this partnership, TdR’s knowledge of AI governance will be combined with Copi’s cutting-edge AI technology to contribute to resolving the challenges companies face in developing, providing, and using AI.
In recent years, as the use of AI technology in companies has rapidly increased, ensuring the safety and reliability of AI systems has become an important issue. In particular, as discussions on AI-related regulations, including the EU AI Act, progress, momentum is building for the appropriate use of AI both domestically and internationally, with Japan also passing the AI Promotion Act in May 2025. Companies are now being asked to ensure explainability and transparency in the design, development, and operation of AI products and services.
