Shannon Inc. and Liver Inc. are pleased to announce that they have entered into a business alliance agreement.
The two companies will jointly develop a new service that transforms real-world business negotiation venues such as exhibitions and showrooms into “experiential spaces,” aiming for full-scale launch in 2027. In these “experiential spaces,” AI and XR (technology that overlays digital images onto real-world spaces) will be used to provide visitors with experiences that they will want to participate in. By combining Shannon’s data infrastructure with the experience creation capabilities of live streamers, the service will transform visitors’ experiences from simply “having fun” to customer touchpoints that lead to business negotiations and contracts.

With the proliferation of generative AI, information gathering and comparison can now be done efficiently online. As efficiency increases, the demand for “unique experiences that can only be obtained there”—beyond mere information gathering—will become more important than ever in real-world business meetings where people go out of their way to meet in person. In this era, both companies will use AI not to “reduce the number of people” but to “enhance the value of real-world interactions,” expanding real-world spaces with XR to transform them into more enjoyable and productive environments.
