Serverworks Corporation, an AWS Premier Tier Service Partner of Amazon Web Services, has developed and begun operating an AI trainer bot to support in-house training programs for mid-career hires.
By utilizing generative AI, this bot optimizes the amount of time trainers spend on their training tasks and provides high-quality learning opportunities, thereby contributing to improving employee skills and increasing engagement.

On the other hand, as the company expanded and began to actively recruit, the workload of trainers in training new employees increased, which was an issue. In order to use the limited time and effort of employees effectively while maintaining the pace of recruitment and the quality of training, it was essential to identify which tasks should be prioritized and develop an environment where resources could be allocated to them.
We developed this bot with the aim of using generative AI to streamline tasks that can be automated so that trainers can focus on tasks with higher added value. Since there were issues with the quality of answers when simply using large-scale language models (LLMs), we developed a system with our own unique ingenuity.
