On the 25th, SCSK Corporation and First Accounting Co., Ltd. announced that SCSK’s ERP solution, PROACTIVE, is now linked with First Accounting’s AI-OCR tool, Invoice Robota. The integration automates the task of matching PDF invoices with payment request data, a process that was previously handled manually by accounting teams. By doing this, the system helps prevent input errors and withdrawal mistakes while improving governance and overall business efficiency.
PROACTIVE is a digital service that leverages the SCSK Group’s intellectual property and business expertise. At its core is an AI-native next-generation ERP that supports business automation, efficiency, and advanced management decisions. It offers two main solutions: business-specific offerings, which address challenges in accounting, HR, payroll, sales, and production management; and industry-specific offerings, which provide tailored solutions for wholesalers, trading companies, manufacturers, construction, and service industries. These offerings combine best practices to tackle the unique management challenges in each sector.
With the integration of Invoice Robota, PROACTIVE can now automatically verify PDF invoices attached to payment request slips. It checks details such as the total amount, consumption tax, client name, and transfer account information, all of which impact withdrawal operations. In case of discrepancies found, a warning is displayed by the system.

Invoice Robota reportedly achieves over 96 percent reading accuracy for key invoice items, including title, registration number, company name, amount, and date.
Looking ahead, SCSK and First Accounting aim to develop a system that can automatically generate invoices based on AI-OCR extracted information. If successful, this could further streamline payment processing operations, which have traditionally relied on manual work.
