Sapeet Inc. has launched an alpha version of its sales AI agent, which it has been offering since February 2025, as a web app. By simply configuring the initial settings for each company, the app provides one-stop support for routine sales tasks such as information gathering, customer management, and sales follow-up.
In recent years, due to the rapid changes in global affairs and technological trends, as well as serious labor shortages, sales staff are being forced to secure time to talk to customers while performing a wide variety of tasks. Since February 2025, Sapeet has been providing a “Sales AI Agent Building Service” that learns the know-how of each company, but we have received many requests for an app version that can be tried first.

In light of this, Sapeet has turned its sales AI agent, which was previously customised for each company, into a web application and has begun offering an alpha version. This application can be used simply by configuring initial settings for each company, and will fully support the daily routine work of sales representatives. By chatting with the AI, you can efficiently carry out a variety of tasks, from checking schedules and gathering information to preparing for business negotiations, recording and following up. Furthermore, the more the AI is used, the more it learns about a company’s unique business negotiation style and knowledge, providing more accurate support.
