Salesforce Japan said that it will start offering Agent Script in the Japanese market from February 20. This is a new language built to control how AI agents behave and improve their reliability. At the same time, it is launching a new development environment called Agentforce Builder. The company also shared how UCC Japan is already using its AI agents to improve sales productivity.
Salesforce talks about the idea of an Agentic Enterprise. The point is not replacing people. The point is AI agents working alongside them.
According to Mito, Agentforce is growing fast. Contracted customers have crossed 18,500. That is up 50 percent from the previous quarter. Annual recurring revenue has reached 540 million dollars, which is a 330 percent increase year on year.
Still, there are issues. Many companies are stuck at the PoC stage. They hesitate to move into production. Mito said the main reasons are poor data quality and unstable AI agent operations.

Large language models are good with language. But strict business processes are different. In areas like loan screening or return processing, you cannot skip steps. That is where Agent Script comes in. It is meant to balance flexibility with tight rule control.
To deal with messy data, Salesforce introduced Intelligent Context under Data 360. It can read charts, graphs, and documents and turn them into usable context for AI.
UCC combined Data 360 with Agentforce. Sales and order data from its Azure core system is fed into Data 360. AI then scores and prioritizes customers who have reduced orders compared to last year.
The result is shorter sales preparation time. Salesforce positions AI agents not as simple automation tools, but as systems that extend human capability. UCC is now looking at Coaching AI for field sales and personalized AI support in e-commerce as next steps.
