Salesforce Japan, the Japanese subsidiary of US CRM (customer relationship management) solutions company Salesforce, announced on July 28 that it will begin offering the latest version of its AI agent , Agentforce 3, in Japan. The new version includes numerous new features that address the challenges of visibility and control when fully deploying AI agents in business operations.
“Agentforce Command Center” drills down and analyzes the content of conversations between customers and AI agents in detail. Various KPIs (key performance indicators), such as the self-resolution rate of inquiries and the number of days to close deals, can be tracked on the dashboard. It analyzes interactions with all AI agents to understand usage trends and provides AI-based improvement suggestions for Agentforce for tagged conversation types.
