Ridge-i Inc. , a company that provides consulting and development services for AI and deep learning technologies, is pleased to announce that it will play a central role in building a cross-group engineering system and promoting development and operation of the company-wide AI transformation (AX) project, the first of its kind for a Japanese financial group, utilizing the generative AI platform “Claude,” which is being promoted by SBI Holdings, Inc. and Anthropic PBC.
In this initiative, Anthropic will provide SBI Group and Ridge-i with priority access to security features and generative AI equipped with the latest models and functions, early sharing of the product roadmap, and individualized support for engineer training.

Ridge-i will support the SBI Group’s company-wide deployment of Claude, helping to create an environment where executives and employees, regardless of their work area or job type, can routinely utilize cutting-edge generative AI.

Early access to and demonstration support for Anthropic’s cutting-edge AI security model
Ridge-i will support the verification of an AI-generated chat service currently under development with SBI Securities, using Anthropic’s latest security technology, “Claude Security,” making it the first financial institution in Japan to do so.
Leveraging the latest models, features, and AI security expertise provided by Anthropic, we will support the implementation of high-level security required in the financial sector and aim to establish a standard model for secure AI implementation through joint demonstrations.
Support for joint experiments on AI access infrastructure and AI agents for the Japanese financial market.
We will support a joint experiment combining SBI Group’s comprehensive access to and knowledge of the Japanese financial market, its data assets, and Anthropic’s AI agent service for financial knowledge currently under development. We will also promote the realization of SBI Group’s global financial concierge service through implementation support for accessing information on Japanese financial markets and financial products, as well as payment infrastructure, from Claude, and through the design of AI agents.
Improving the customer experience by integrating Claude into SBI Group’s customer services
Ridge-i will support the integration of Claude into the cross-platform being developed by the SBI Group, which spans banking, securities, insurance, asset management, cryptocurrency, and media. This will facilitate the realization of personalized financial AI agents that provide asset management advice, household financial analysis, and insurance proposals to end users and partner companies.
