Acrosstudio has joined the Coconala Group as a subsidiary following a stock transfer agreement signed between Acrosstudio’s shareholders and Coconala on October 7, 2026. Acrosstudio will continue operating under its existing management while becoming a core company of Coconala’s newly established AI Company.
I read that Acrosstudio offers AI consulting and development services. Acrosstudio helps companies find business problems build production systems and put AI into work. Acrosstudio has worked with trading firms, large real estate groups and beverage manufacturers.
I was surprised to learn that while many firms are trying AI only a few turn experiments into real profit. Demand is growing for help that links AI plans to implementation and long‑term use. Acrosstudio believes that support like this can make a difference.
I heard that Acrosstudio joined the Coconala Group to reach customers and get more AI talent. Acrosstudio hopes the partnership will grow its reach and give teams access, to AI experts.
Coconala has more than 620,000 corporate customers and more than 1.4 million registered skill providers. In July 2026, it also began accepting registrations from AI engineers and AI consultants. The companies plan to combine Coconala’s customer and talent networks with Acrosstudio’s generative AI implementation capabilities.
The collaboration will focus on three areas. First, Acrosstudio will use Coconala’s corporate customer base, including connections through its joint venture with Mizuho Bank, to extend AI implementation support beyond large enterprises to midsize, small, and regional companies. Support is expected to cover AI-agent development and deployment through operation and internalization.
Second, the companies will expand the pool of personnel available for AI projects. Acrosstudio plans to work with Coconala’s registered professionals and its IT and professional talent businesses to respond to increasing project demand. The company also plans to strengthen recruitment of AI engineers and consultants.

Third, Acrosstudio and Coconala will develop AI products based on knowledge and technology accumulated through previous implementation projects. This includes AI agents and generative AI products that use Coconala’s data assets, as well as efforts to introduce AI capabilities into Coconala’s existing services.
The companies intend to build a structure that covers the AI adoption process from identifying business needs through implementation, operation, internalization, and product delivery within the broader Coconala Group. Acrosstudio will remain under its current management, and the company said there will be no change to its existing customer service or support structure.
Acrosstudio was established in July 2021 and is headquartered in Shibuya, Tokyo. Its business covers AI consulting and AI development. Coconala is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market under code 4176 and operates services connecting companies and individuals with professional skills and expertise.
