OBC Co Launches Bugyo AI for Lease Accounting Support

Obic Business Consultants Co., Ltd., which develops and sells core business systems such as Kanjo Bugyo and Bugyo Cloud, is developing and providing the next-generation business support “AI Agent Service” that utilizes AI technology to realize Business AX (AI Transformation) in medium-sized and small businesses in Japan and bring about productivity innovation in the back office.

As the first step, we will launch the “Bugyo AI Agent New Lease Accounting Identification Cloud” in mid-August 2025, which uses AI to support lease identification in preparation for the “New Lease Accounting Standards” that will be mandatory for fiscal years beginning on or after April 1, 2027. Development of this function is scheduled to be completed in August 2025.

In light of this situation, OBC is releasing the “Hogyo AI Agent New Lease Accounting Identification Cloud” with the aim of reducing anxiety and uncertainty over whether something has been overlooked or whether the decision is correct by having AI automatically identify leases from the contents of the contract, thereby providing an environment in which people can feel confident in working on the practical aspects of application.
