NTT DATA Corporation will start offering a new AI agent service “LITRON Marketing” to improve the productivity of marketing operations in June 2025. The provision of this service is expected to reduce the burden of marketing operations by up to 60%, and will support the planning and rapid execution of more measures.
This service autonomously supports and acts on behalf of the AI agent in the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing strategies and tactics (measures). We plan to expand the functions in stages, and in the first phase, we will provide functions to analyze and report the market environment and industry trends from information such as SNS and industry news, to select targets and propose measures through persona analysis, and to create creatives (text for email newsletters, images for digital advertisements, etc.) according to the contents of the measures.
In addition, in order to maximize the effectiveness of LITRON Marketing, we will support customers in a one-stop, full-stack manner from implementation to measure improvement by utilizing consulting and Business Process Service (BPS) Note 1 , and provide a data utilization platform and infrastructure.

NTT DATA aims to achieve cumulative sales of 10 billion yen for LITRON Marketing and related services by the end of fiscal year 2027.

To date , we have been working on initiatives such as deriving effective marketing measures for members from conversations between “AI virtual customers” for companies in the financial industry , and organizing the entire marketing work, formulating a vision , considering targets for generative AI application, and developing applications for companies in the infrastructure industry.
In order to solve the problems faced by marketers and maximize ROI , we have come to provide this service by utilizing the knowledge gained from our previous efforts to improve work by using generative AI.
