Nippon Television AI-HR has rolled out ‘AI Agent Lease’ which is basically a service that lets businesses get custom AI agents built around particular workflows and the day to day operational needs. In practice, the company takes on the whole deal, meaning AI model selection skill design, deployment, and then later ongoing support, so the agents can be delivered as a desktop style setup or as web applications, depending on what fits.
They’re pitching it for pretty common business chores like applicant information management, contract reviews, report generation and also sales proposal creation. On top of that, companies can decide how they want to run things, for example offline deployments using closed network LLMs when data feels sensitive, or an online API based option if they want wider AI capabilities, kind of straightforward.

This launch is aiming at a bigger pain point that keeps showing up with enterprise AI adoption where many organizations hit walls with security concerns, workflow integration, and then also how to keep using it over the long haul. Nippon Television HR Research Institute is currently showing the service at HR EXPO in Tokyo, so yeah it’s there in person right now.
