Micromates Co., Ltd., a member of the TIS Intec Group, announced that it will begin offering the “Copilot Operation and Prompt Consultation Service” to support the adoption and implementation of Microsoft 365 Copilot starting July 22, 2026.
The “Copilot Operation and Prompt Consultation Service” provides expert staff to answer questions about operation methods, prompt creation, and business applications. Starting at a monthly fee of 350,000 yen (excluding tax), it is an affordable option that can reduce the burden of handling inquiries, which often falls on IT departments and DX promotion departments within companies, by up to 30%.
In recent years, while the adoption of generative AI tools such as Copilot has been rapidly progressing in companies, many users report that they are not achieving the expected results or do not know how to use them effectively, and in many cases, these tools are not being fully utilized. In particular, inquiries are concentrated in the IT and DX promotion departments within companies, leading to a shortage of personnel to handle inquiries and an increased workload, which are major challenges.
